Who am I?

Hello, my name is Hrissi

Above all I am a human being and a forever student of Life. A Witch.
A Creatrix. A Tantrika. An Artist .
A mentee in Shamanic arts.

I am born and raised in the Rhodope mountains, ancient Thrace, Bulgaria. A land of rich history, colorful culture and unique music. The land of Orpheus and Dionysus.
I lived in three different countries for the past 12 years and started my life from scratch many times. I had several burnouts and breakdowns and through the process I was also medicated.
I grew up in abusive household, so In my teen years I struggled severely with self-acceptance and communication. I was not able to physically feel and express any emotion, less alone communicating it.
I got married in my late 20s and 7 years later I got divorced; In the duration of my marriage I was anorexic- it was simply the flowering bud of a covert eating disorder, following me since childhood. I had internalized the mysogyny of the culture I grew up in and I struggled being a woman in today's world.

I had many teachers since, my body being the biggest one.

I started consciously exploring my path about 12 years ago, when I moved to Germany- since then I learned ( (and sill am) a lot from yoga, tantra, archetypal psychology and the mysteries of the womb, my female frienships and I weave those threads into the tapestry of the medicine I hold.

We are here, on this planet, to remember how to care, love and accept our selves and each other and thrive with everything that Mother Earth provided for us.
