What I offer with my work is not a quick fix, for you are not broken. 
I 1:1 work with people who are navigating one or more of the following themes:
• Disempowerment

• Uncertainty

• Envy or/and jealousy 
• Helplessness 
• Disconnection
• Self- obsession (narcissism)
 
What I offer is holding you and your process,  while you are moving deeply into the sacredness of your heart and find your way through it. 
 
So what do I do?
My work is rooted in an animist understanding of life: that everything is alive, relational, and responsive.
Sound, rhythm, and energy are not only tools I use , but a presences we enterinto relationship with. Everything and everyone is a part of the invisible, yet real and synergistic web of life. 

What hurts me, hurts you and harms Life. What supports me, supports you and regenerates Life. 

The themes that I am holding the 1:1 spaces for, are deeply personal to me. I stumbled, cried and screamed with them for years — they were crippling my spirit, my heart and relations.
Developing and cultivating awareness and space around our wounding is a vital part for us to understand and see the roots of our suffering. Sometimes our pain is to even ours to hold, it belongs to someone else. 
Each session is guided by what is present for you in the moment and unfolds at a pace that honours your body’s capacity.
Sessions length: 60- 90 min.

I welcome you as the creative spirit that you are! For we all co-create our own reality, our worlds and the way how we meet Life!
And we all come eventually to a point in life where we let go of what we know, we let go of our prejudices of right and wrong and let ourselves be lead one step at a time...into the Beauty of the Unknown. Where our minds and hearts are open to see, to feel, to understand...
I welcome you in this space as one of the many steps to restore harmony, balance and right relation with yourself and the Earth herself. In times where we collectively face so many spiritual, emotional and physical challenges- creating or repairing our relationship with the land is vital.

My work is deeply rooted in:

* in earth based spirituality, shamanic practice and animism
* in prayer
* in yoga based knowledge
* in the wildness of my own heart and the waters of my lived experience
* the wisdom of the Gene keys.

Deeply rooted in the magic of my homeland, I am travelling the world to learn and gather pieces of wisdom from diferent traditions - Yoga, Tantra, Celtic and Indigenous shamanism and I weave them into the tapestry of the medicine I am holding.

At the moment I work 1:1 with people who are navigating one or more of the following themes:
• disempowerment
• self-doubt
• uncertainty
• anxiety
• unworthiness
• envy or/and jealousy
• helplessness
• disconnection
• self- obsession (narcissism)

When one of us grows the rest of us grow along.
When one human being finds their voice- the rest of humanity is encouraged and inspired to do the same.

When one heals... we all get to heal, walking the path to ultimately remember that we were never broken.
We were and are whole already.
